Giveaway multiple wins ?

So I don't normally get to watch the stream for the giveaway.  I try to make it sometimes but I only manage to stick around enough to try to get a bonus drop ( witch I never get despite being plat1 ) and I've noticed something kinda bullshitty.  Almost every week there's 1 or 2 people that get there tickets drawn more than once.  This week the one that goes by " eatingyourfood" won 5 times in the giveaway there was 17 I believe draws so this individual made off with Almost 1/3rd the total winnings so and 1 or 2 other people managed yo get drawn more than once as well so instead of 17 winners we end up with 10 or so.  What I'm getting at should be pretty obvious by now but shouldn't there be a rule or something that says you can only win once a week and if your ticket is drawn more than one time in a single week it won't count. Theres already a rule that says if you have affiliates they wont count your ticket if it's pulled. I believe it has to be a larger number of affilates but im not sure.( that would be some real bs if only having 1 affiliate made you ineligible to win ). In doing this there would be more people winning and in turn increasing stakes over-all RTP. I can't see any reason to not implement this in future giveaways. Im positive the majority of people that play on stake would support this decision, giving the "majority" a better opinion on stake, and giving them more more of a reason to recommend stake to friends or family bringing in more players to stake right? I understand the players that have the most tickets spend alot of money so it could be oh they're vip but the thing is that's just it.  They're able to spend enough to where they can manage to wager a couple million in a month.  It's taken me around a year and a half and I still havnt wagerd a million all together. The usual 5000 that you get for winning a ticket is less than pocket change to alot of these bigger players but the majority of players, The ones with a gambling problem that are just looking for that 1 big hit or just trying to make a little extra so they arnt struggling after paying rent would appreciate 5000 a thousand times more than someone that has wagerd 2 million in a single month. I'm not saying they shouldn't be allowed to win because they already have so much money but sayings like "you gotta have money to make money" or "feed the rich" or "the rich get richer" are all to real and more than just a saying here on stake. All I'm saying is it should be a rule that if you get your ticket pulled then if anymore of your tickets are pulled they won't count for that week.  The way it is now it's very possible for a single Person have they're tickets be the only ones pulled in a single week. It's not like the people that play those large ammounts of money are gonna slow down or stop playing at stake if this rule is added. They have a addiction to gambling all the same as most of us do and they've already put in so much it would be a huge waste for them because of the reloads and weekly and monthly bonuses. Plus whatever other bonuses they're getting for being svip.  So it wouldn't harm stakes business in any way in my opinion. Tell me what you think. Or why I'm wrong and this shouldn't be a rule.

They dont care about the small players anymore. They want more highrollers and so they will make the promos interesting for the highrollers.

Especially Eddie made this very clear with the stuff he says on stream every Saturday.

you talked about eatingyourfood right? its okay for him to win multiple winner on stake giveaway because he has many tickets too. so if you want to be like him, you should to make a much wager like eatingyourfood do.

It was originally going to be only a 50k raffle but due to the amount of duplicate winners; Eddie drew more tickets nearly doubling the raffle. Eddie has done this multiple times when theres been repeat winners.

The more you wager the more tickets you get. That's fair enough to me. The players that win even if they are a whale still appreciate the extra money or at least acknowledgement of their wagering from multiple winning tickets. It's also a bit of a meme when the community gets riled up about it.

The odds of someone winning with a few tickets each week is literally once in a hundred or so years. The raffle should be seen as that; a raffle - not something to grind out or relieve someone who has a gambling addiction and struggling to pay rent as they should not be gambling in the first place so altering the raffle in an attempt to highlight they have better chances now doesn't seem great to me using that sort of logic you used in the bottom half of your essay.

It's just a giveaway. It's an extra on the side for the most wager active people. I don't see a problem with the current system in place. Just play on the casino - if you happen to get a couple tickets; great; if you win; great.

well its not about not caring for small players, it just rich people wager more than us. they sacrifice $100k+ to have so many tickets and just to win $5k imagine that. us small player only wager $20k below but still hoping to win, it just pure luck guys and people who have much money has high chance because of wager.

Is there anything that people won't complain about these days?

Not really complaining it's just a suggestion.   I asked at the end for people to tell em why I'm wrong and change my mind. Opartial made a valid argument and and joepinyo changed me veiw on it a little.  But your complaining about me complaining. So right back at you chief

I thought the same thing about the amount of winners solely because at least that way it evens out the playing field more for everyone and mainly because I haven't encountered too many raffles that allow someone to win multiple times but that's just from my experience.  I mean obviously the chances of winning multiple times are going to be greatly in your favor when you're wagering millions of dollars everyday so it doesn't surprise me that almost every raffle there is at least 1 person who wins more than once.  I am not complaining at all since I'm quite content with the bonuses and perks I get from Stake in general but I can see how that is frustrating when the same people win all the time.

Honestly I would love to see Stake maybe start implementing different races or raffles where it could be based on total profit or highest multipliers. Then that would give even the casual gambler a better chance of making the top 100 or top 10.  There would also be more luck and skill involved and bankroll wouldn't make as much of a difference.

The wagering races to me seem silly because a high roller can just open an account smash off to diamond VIP status in one day running limbo or dice at minimum multiplier and then do the same thing the next day and the next day and the next day and so forth.  I know that there has to be people who have abused the VIP system that way and that's unfortunate for the people with 1 accounts because then these multiple accounts are not only winning multiple positions in the races but they are acquiring multiple reloads, weeklies and monthlies for simply just allowing their accounts to run steady day in and day out on whatever game they are using for their wagering.

I mean to each his own and I'm sure anyone who had the money to do it would do that themselves if they had the time and resources.  But I drifted from what I was even talking about ha ha I do see how the multiple winners could be frustrating but I mean Eddie is usually pretty good with things like adding extra winners and what not from what I've seen.  Plus I mean they drop money all the time so like I said just the perks I get alone are more than enough for this guy.

Good Luck All 🙂

I think guy with 500/1k bets dont need this 5k, these 5k,10k will not change life to that guy … i think to us, small people, we loss 100,200,500 dollars and is a lot to us. And this 5k to me will for sure change my life. And i think to 99 procent people who are playing 0,20/0,40/0,50 usd bets this money will change surely something in live. If i hit 5k i am closing my account the same second, and i am out of here. I cover all my losses and i am gone! Good family time, more sleeping, and money back to crypto and let it there for 5 years at least. That it. Hope for my bright moment. Good luck to all players. Peace

Yea it's a tough one. I have seen in the past that there was more lower tier winners occassionally. But it is pretty fair that the more you wager the more chances to win and in some cases you can win twice. I ended up with over 1000 tickets last raffle. However, I lost all my money so although that's a lot of tickets I had never cashed out successfully for the week.

I figure sometimes these other people who win multiple times might have deposited a lot more and never won it back.
