Chat support now giving mutes

Hey guys do you not like someone? Do you want to get someone muted? Well if so all you have to do is screenshot a conversation of a person being toxic and support will automatically side with you and mute that guy. Absolutely ridiculous found out I got a 28-day mute because someone that I know reported me to support and instead of support investigating they automatically muted me. Support doesn't care about being fair to their players. So basically it's a race whoever gets to support faster with screenshots will be the winner on your marks get set go

For wishing cancer on someone or stating someone should've died by cancer, I would personally Mute for 99 years if I was a Mod.  That post is not acceptable under any circumstances anywhere, no excuses, no jokes. nothing
