STAKES AWARD WINNING SUPPORT.

This recent Ncaa tournament bracket. I had entered on espn and thought i awnsered the forum. Well it turns out i didnt and by the time i noticed the forum was locked. I have only played here for a year and this is the only challange i have ever entered. I didnt know that forum challanges lock. Anyway i came in 5th a prize worth about $300-$400. I went to support to tell them where i was greeted by a Sportsbook manager who told me. " not to worry im sure our team will come up with a soulution the best possible way. Everyone would be satisfied =)." Well after i finally got ahold of senior support member. Nothing happened. My point isnt about the entry i know i made a mistake. My point is i was told everyone would be satisfied and im sitting here out $300-400. Again i dont care about the entry i will say it again for the ones that cant read. My point is being told 1 thing by a SPORTSBOOK MANAGER. And then being told a different thing. I

Makes total sense to be excluded. Did you even make the required $10 NBA/NCAA bet along with your entry? A lot of people posting on the forum didn’t bother doing that and would have been rightfully excluded too

Touché, if you could read you’d know that your entry was invalid and had no rights to a prize. The statement by the support agent (who already pointed out you needed to wait for Darko’s response) is irrelevant when you consider the simple fact you are not at all entitled to any kind of prize.

 Take it easy 🤡Thats what i hit up support to ask and was told 2 differnt things. So i will say it again for the one that dosent understand. I Dont care about the prize. I care about being told 2 or 3 differnt things by differnt individuals

You hit up to support to ask if you could get something you had no rights to? You’re cool. You were told to wait for an answer from Darko, he gave you the entirely correct and obvious answer. Next time try and read the T&C’s champ.

No i hit up support to see if it can be opened agter it was locked. When i was given the awnser. Then darko told me i was ineligible. Which again for the 3rd time is fine.

Looks like youve unleashed the Stake mob 😄 -- a series of "stfu" responses from mostly noob accounts. It's the back-line defence Stake uses to insulate itself from criticism.. Imo, its a reflection of Stake as a whole-- impersonal, disingenuous, and generally unaccommodating to its customers.
