I have a problem with the challenge on the Gladiator Legends slot.

As soon as the promotion started o immediately hit the maximum winnings and entered the leaderboard as first in Lucky Wins.

During the period of the promotion I went out of the ranking although I was the first one and I have the highest bet compared to the three present now in the ranking.

Can I get a valid reason as to why I am not first in the rankings?

I was the first of stake to hit the max win

I have the highest bet compared to the other players present in the ranking.

How is it possible that I am not in the ranking?

I won on the 31st spin in the slot, so it seems impossible to me. 

Support told me that the promo has already paid for and that they can't do anything to help me, but that doesn't seem fair. I'm the first and I should have won
