Kituna Posted April 14, 2022 #1 Posted April 14, 2022 Hi. I tried to contact email support but i think nobody care to answer so i will write about my case here(i don't believe it will change something). I had my birthday on 2nd of april. Stake announced about month ago that they will give bonuses for birthday and send them through the email. The problem is that i do receive emails from every casino i can imagine, every spammer i can imagine, but not from stake. Never received monthly or weekly link or anything else other than statistics. Of course i am verified vip. So i wrote to live support(NikolaSa) with my problem believing they can check if i received this bonus or not, but instead of this i got a message that they will contact marketing team and let me know, now its 12 days and i know nothing. Two days later i wrote to email support about this case. Nobody cared to answer me for 10 days. I know nothing. I thought maybe i will try to change my email then, maybe even support can't write to me. So i have sent email from the other address with 10 answers for questions they require to change email(support-Filip). I got response that they need other screenshot of my deposit to stake. I sent it. I got email that they need more screenshots of my older deposits to them. I sent them. I got email that it is still not enough and they want screens of my first deposits. I needed two hours to find them and of course i sent them. In the meantime the shift of support ended and another person answered me that it's ok but i need to send answer to 10 questions again and screenshots again...(support Ana) I was one step away to delete my account because of anger. Is this support exist to make hell form lifes of customers or to help, cause only thing what they gave me is irritation.
Moderator ROkenTratENsaV Posted April 14, 2022 Moderator #2 Posted April 14, 2022 Quite sure your email service can't receive mail from Stake then. Either Stake's domains/IP's are blocked by your email service provider or yours is blocked by Stakes email service provider. Most email services does use some spam lists to block specific domains/IP's totally, because those are known to be used by spammers. Mostly some random free email services. Sometimes legit sites get on those lists too, because email server is sharing same IP, than those known spammers. Sometimes whitelisting (if your email allows) that specific service domains (@ stake.com) will fix issues, but sometimes you just need to change email.
casualgamer Posted June 3, 2022 #3 Posted June 3, 2022 Had the same issue with my gmail address. Changed to outlook.com I do think the process is very exhausting and should be streamlined somehow 🧐
