Did not receive the deposit bonus

I received an email on April 10, stating that I will receive a bonus of $25 if I deposited $25 as well.
On April 11, I made 2 different deposit of more than 25 usd via Moonpay and from my crypto wallet.

On April 16, I contacted live support asking why I have yet to receive the $25 deposit bonus and this was what the support told me. (Refer to the images)

The promotion email clearly states that it will be sent to my email, which was the reason why at first I did not want to disturb the live support for this.
Clearly this isn't my fault but the person that wrote that email, it states that it will be sent to my email but turns out I had to contact support to get the bonus.(Which was not mentioned)

True that they should've mentioned about contacting support after making a depo. kinda stake's fault imo, they should've gave you the bonus. 

Yea hopefully someone will solve this issue and send me that $25

There wasn't any code. It was just an email sent to you, telling you about the deposit bonus. 
Not everyone will receive the email.

I deposited before the deadline. The email also stated that it will be sent to my email which is why I did not contact support at the beginning

How the hell would I know that I had to contact them for the bonus when it clearly states that it will be sent to my email. It did not mention that I had to contact support anywhere in the email
