SoulDrainSD Posted April 16, 2022 #1 Posted April 16, 2022 I received an email on April 10, stating that I will receive a bonus of $25 if I deposited $25 as well. On April 11, I made 2 different deposit of more than 25 usd via Moonpay and from my crypto wallet. On April 16, I contacted live support asking why I have yet to receive the $25 deposit bonus and this was what the support told me. (Refer to the images) The promotion email clearly states that it will be sent to my email, which was the reason why at first I did not want to disturb the live support for this. Clearly this isn't my fault but the person that wrote that email, it states that it will be sent to my email but turns out I had to contact support to get the bonus.(Which was not mentioned)

It did not mention that I had to contact support anywhere in the email
