I contacted Stake on my bday. Asked about the bday bonus. It took almost 3 days before it was denied. Here's how to avoid that. 

 

Emailed Stake on my bday, intrigued that Stake would be so generous. Results:

Stake: Wait until 10 am UTC. [I waited; emailed at 6pm; confirmed that it would be released the day of my bday]

Stake: Please allow more time then contact us. [6 hours later, emailed Stake].

Stake: Please allow more time, contact us. [Waited 6 hours, repeat].

Stake: Please wait 24 hours. [Waited, emailed].

Stake: We will contact the appropriate team. [now 2 days later].

Stake:  You were unsubscribed from Stake so you are ineligible for the Birthday Bonus

Me: Odd, I've received all other emails from Stake. Im only unsubscribed via SMS. 

Stake: nothing we can do. 

Me: Perhaps you'd extend the bonus retroactively given that I inquired on my bday?

Stake: Nothing we can do.

Me: Unsurprising. 

Stake: ...here's the pre-monthly code.

Moral of the story: ensure you are subscribed via email. In fact, confirm that youve not been unsubscribed in advance of your birthday (and all other bonuses for that matter). 

Despite attempting to sort out the matter the day of my birthday, the process was stalled and the bonus was denied. When asking to receive the code retroactively (exactly like the pre-monthly I was then offered), I was also denied. Quite honestly, Im not concerned about the bonus amount-- its a trivial sum. But I'm also not surprised by the outcome. Its the sort of conduct Ive come to expect from this casino. (Even if I did unsubscribe from emails, my bday inquiry constitutes acceptance of the offer. I received other bonus-related emails.. And it's not like Stake is powerless; it could just as well send a lousy $25 to my vault). Altogether, feels rather petty and I think any reasonable person would feel the same way. There's a pattern of this conduct and I'm pretty well done with the headache Stake continues to offer. Anyway, perhaps this info helps someone in future. Cheers.

I got the exact same thing. It was my birthday last week, I'm level 4 verified. I haven't received any birthday email. Support told me that I have unsubscribed from marketing promo (which is bullshit as I receive all the stake emails, like monthly, stake vs Eddie, etc..).

There's something wrong here.

 

Update: My VIP host solved the issue for me.

Stake are going for the highrollers celebritys and for the rest of us they dont care about that .. support are always right and dont try to talk back .. just loose your money and watch eatinyourfood winnin every giveaway ! :D its just sad for stake imo !

I mean, to my knowledge, I didnt unsubscribe. Same with @xrflive. If true, they could use it as a means to deny any bonus, really -- a "trick of the trade" for Stake.. But Id imagine you should email them 3 days in advance of an expected bonus to ensure they cant exclude based on those grounds... Sounds pretty ridiculous tho, doesnt it? Having to exercise that degree of diligence.  🤮

Everyday its something new in here huh bro ? But sure the customers are the problem. These people can NEVER be wrong nor ever ADMIT they’re wrong it’s absolutely amazing. The whole stake team is PERFECT. They dont give a fuck about us only 3-4 people. Something needs to happen and the only way is if a bunch of us get together and put a stop to this. Remember it starts with US … stake wouldnt be shit without US!!

thats my thinking too its automatic on email about the birthday bonus or gift coz  details on the verification already been inputed on their data base system.. hows that unsubscribe??

I would like to share my experience which doesnt involve a birthday but the shenanigans are similar. I went from no vip to almost platinum in a week. the first level up i was told monthly and weekly bonuses had now been activated. on each following level up i was told specifically that monthly and weekly bonuses had been increased. i had wagered 190k. the next week people got their monthly bonuses but i didnt. i went to support and they informed me that i had not been on stake the entire month therefore wasnt eligable for a monthly bonus. i copied and sent each message i got from support stating my monthly was now active. they replied " better luck next time"

Thats total bullshit. Monthly is calculated for your action so it doesnt matter how long you have been vip that month. Try to talk to somebody else, dont let them deny you what you rightfully achieved.

Wow thats actually worrying, You definitely need to contact someone hire up, the support is beyond useless

100% man. This site takes a toll on the mental health I feel a lot better since I started avoiding Stake.

yeah Im sorry to hear that. The difference between Stake and other (actually good) casinos is like night & day.. It baffles me that Stake is still in business.

In general, they're not very forthcoming about dispensing bonuses. Unsurprisingly, this benefits Stake considerably.. Imagine how many people havent clued in to the rewards they rightfully earned until it was too late to claim.. Real classy, Stake 👌

Glad to know Im not the only one. And, despite inquiring the day of (or in advance of the bonus), they wouldnt apply the lousy $25 retroactively. Pathetic, really.

Its possible to receive but I some of us have reason to suspect that it'll be denied.

So much money spent promoting Stake yet so few promos actually given (in comparison to industry standards). Welcome to Stake

what I know is that you can send a personal mesaage to eddie and ask about the stake birthday bonus..but it is better if they would automatically give it through email for every stake players.

Im still looking forward to my stake day. thanks for the info. I make sure my email is subscribed. Belated Happy stake day anyways. Hope you will have more luck. More green
