Note on this:

A Maltese license with more restrictive AML laws could also mean the end of donations between players to the detriment of many players. Since it could theoretically be considered money laundering.
This reminds me of the old days at PokerStars. When Russians arranged to meet at the same poker table and laundered their money. That's why players have been placed at random tables for some time. And can no longer date at one.
And donating funds between players also involves waiting times of up to 48 hours.
Everything has its advantages and disadvantages. :)

Wouldnt be surprised is Stain ceases to exist within 2-4 years.
