I lose and wager more and continue to get less on them.I want to know how the formula is exactly figured out so I can double check it against my own stats I don’t trust a single worker at this sht rigged casino. Not to mention i think my vip host works like 2 hours a day as he never is available until 5-10 hours after I request something. Stop throwing money at streamers and actually support the real players who fund this whole damn sht casino. Every single cut back they have made has hurt the true players to find huge streamers and partnerships that help us in no way. Watford wins… that’s 2 times max a season and even then it’s an irrelevant bonus. Marketing is by far the worst dept in this whole sht casino. Have the dumbest promos and act like they give so much away with their races who are tailored to the already rich players. Something needs to change soon and it won’t until the players actually do something about it.

Bro I’ve seen you from other posts you’re annoying AF don’t comment anymore. But I want there to be transparency. There has been a significant drop of in bonuses and many people agree. The system should also be change. A whole entire rework of the vip program needs to happen.

I will never understand why between a multi million dollar casino and a small time consumer, you instinctively have the need to take the side of the company. This should not be a hard choice. (And is meant to your overall attitude in several threads, not only here.)

Increase requirements for having VIP host at least to level Stellar. Lose each day 0.05% of your current wager progress due to inactivity. LOL 😄

Ive actually never experienced someone so up a companies @$$ before. Especially a company that has been having problems after problems.
