Issues with providers judgments

As a standard in the industry shouldnt our provider be following the norms? Sure every sportsbook varies but Stakes provider is extremely biased towards them being right on every occurence. 

 

I have had some bets that were clearly misgraded and have checked them with multiple competitors and had the same response. 

 

what do you guys suggest to do here?

 

i have sent ticket after ticket and email after email until the support team actually banned me in the live chat for complaining too much.

 

who am i to complain about my  money? 

 

btw i have over 3 million in betting in march alone username same as handle here PaulRobarge

Live support doesnt give a flying fuck about nobody but themselves. Its literally so fucking cringe man. They’re ALWAYS right … no matter what. The customers are ALWAYS wrong. I have never been treated with such disrespect by anyone but them as a customer. They do NOTHING for you. Always have an attitude. No matter what you say you’re WRONG 100%. Theyre the most uncaring perfect people in this world. Like they wont even work with you.

Having a VIP host should actually mean something. In my experience on fiat sites (casino rather than sports book, to be fair), they will take time out of their day to help you, have a phone conversation with you, send you gifts and treat you as though they value your business. A $3m per month wager should mean you have somebody on speed dial, willing to listen to you and fight your corner.

Stake will fall if they don't learn about customer service and retention with whales. The rest of us, too, but it's better to lose a toe than a leg.

My experience is the opposite. My vip host has me blocked on telegram and gives me just a base amount bonus.. occasionally she gives me something decent but its nothing as i expect nearing plat6 level.

Thats real sad. Maybe its time to find a better place? I mean the odds for sports are lower than at other sites anyway, speaking of experience.

If you have a case and you can structure an objective argument which is supported by verifiable documentation, you could go to askgamblers.

If you don't have that, don't use that service, it will undermine its effectiveness in the long run.

From my experience your level in the stake loyalty programme has little bearing on the amount of any bonus you receive. It all comes down to wager volume and how much they made from your losses.

My own vip host is very nice and polite. But I never text him with any issues or problems, I prefer sort them out myself.

It's true odds here are really low for some leagues compared to the other bookies. for ex on vip-ibc.com you have bookies like pinnacle, sbo, penta, betfair, and other bookies odds on the same slip and left is of you to chose the best odd you want. I love staking because I use mainly crypto while gambling.
