The site is bad. Support is worse

Ill let the screenshot of the convo speak for itself regarding Crash and how their attacks/issues are causing players issues. How much are the players supposed to take? Luckily it wasnt a ton of money, but its the point of it

Yea support is awful, I'm plat 5 and I've just about had it with this site. Site is down right at prime nba betting hours and  the bonuses are dogshit now compared to like a year ago.

This is so wrong on so many levels … last night i logged in. Clicked sports bets and i had a cashout and it wouldnt cashout. They said i needed to refresh. No i dont need to refresh bc I literally just got in the page ? But yes .. ive never been part of a community like this EVER where supports always right and customers are always wrong … no matter what. You could prove 100% something to them and still theyll never admit they were wrong. This shit should be so illegal but since they got drake and train theyre ok. I wish one day we could all go on strike

Just an idea..

And replace support with any chatbot AI. Because most of the answers are the same crap and the player wouldn't be able to tell if it was a human or a machine. Apart from that, machines learn. And return the money saved on staff support to the post-monthly. Let's bring this mythical creature to life!

These things have been happening since I joined the site in december 2019 (and probaly long before)

Support have always been the same.  But that's how they're trained. They must protect the integrity of the site at all costs, if they deviate, then labour is cheap in Serbia & they can easily be replaced.

Site lags and broken autobet usually are around the same time every day (give or take an hour)

Free Beg Time is usually from about 22:30 until 00:00 UTC, until they get too many complaints, then they switch times & clamp down for 2-3 days.

Don't believe me ?? .....  Refresh yer page and empty your cache  ....  It will cure all your problems !!

I was even assured that it would stop the site's in maintenance page from appearing..  I was totally flabbergasted.  The retailer where I bought my laptop never told me that my cache can write web-pages on it's own if you don't keep it empty !!

Good Job, they might have charged me more !!!

Had 3x times in plinko, that i hit the 130x and it pays me nothing. Support tells me always it is a visual glitch. What the hell a visual glitch. If it hits, it hits.

A video of that "glitch" was rejected by stake. The used to treat you are the dumbest sh*t in the world and they are so unfriendly when it comes to a complain.

The majority of thes are not DDos attacks, even though we are led to believe that they are.

According to "whois" Stake is protected by Cloudflare, who simply would not allow this through their system.  At least not at the same time every day...  And for years ??

Preventing DDOS attacks are a speciality for Cloudflare !!

I wanna preface this by saying that I’m not blaming the support people bc it’s obv they are just following orders to do what Mladen Cuckdick has told them to do. It’s so pathetic I literally can’t even believe it.  “I pressed cash out”.  “Neither one of these bets even hit the target.”   I would have broken everything in my house after that response. It’s funny I look around I hear people talk about how amazing stake used to be, I read the same online etc. then something dramatic happened and everything change to where the trust pilot page is a shit show.  Seems like the thing that changed was Mladen Cuckdick taking control.
