In those 35 years i have NEVER EVER been apart of something where the customers are 100% of the time WRONG and the owners/workers are 100% of the time RIGHT. Like you could actually PROVE 100% of something that happened to support and they”ll copy and paste a message to you then say there’s absolutely nothing they can do. Now tell me @Eddieat this point WHY even have live support ? Isn’t the point of having the luxury to speak to someone that works for a company 24/7 is to actually HELP us ? Not FRUSTRATE us ? Actually LOOK INTO things were trying to explain to them ? Idk man. Like im only plat 1 i feel so bad for the plat 4-5 and diamond players who get that treatment and have spent 100s of thousands on this site. Honestly it seems like the only people who get treated like actual human beings are the streamers … can we be real for ONCE ? I dont think im asking for much at all.

They are honestly a joke. Ive never experienced a support for a company that is SO BAD IN MY LIFE! I feel compelled to share this even more when I experience the issues again or hear of others that have to deal with having their money stolen from them because of a “ddos attack”. Its not right. And its very sad a business operates like this.

The thing that gets me is you’re automatically WRONG in there eyes no matter what … they dont even TRY to work with you to solve a problem. Its automatically not there fault and nothing they can do. So sad to see it.
