Calming down oneself is first thing to do.

Grid Posted April 28, 2022 #10 Posted April 28, 2022 When my stress level is through the roof, I calm down with chocolate pudding or milk chocolate or with a nice seafood pizza. It really helps for me, I usually never eat sweets or junk food, only for special occasions like this 😂
randomcore Posted April 28, 2022 #12 Posted April 28, 2022 I throw things against the wall. Cup, plate or my cat. All good after that.

jobeinnvl Posted April 28, 2022 #16 Posted April 28, 2022 Contolling anger is a hard thing to do and not anyone can do this. It's a matter of understanding your situation. Letting go of things that can't be and being calm to think things wise.

l1vEneeuQ Posted April 28, 2022 #21 Posted April 28, 2022 well Propofol always seems to help - but had to use that measure just too often in the last days so it became less effective. Since then i simply ask my russian neighbour to hit me unconscious and this helped wonderfuly for the amount im unconscious.

I do these sometimes but more on food tripping. 8 hours ago, jobeinnvl said: Contolling anger is a hard thing to do and not anyone can do this. It's a matter of understanding your situation. When you're blazing on fire (angry) you'll be wrapped by strong emotion that leads you to do something bad or anything that you will regret when the heat is over. Better try to calm down , drink water and do breathing exercise .
l1vEneeuQ Posted April 29, 2022 #23 Posted April 29, 2022 i hope to god that your comment was meant satiracally - and if so it was borderline genius. ... if not then... my russia would love to have a second permanent customer..
