500$ Basketball prediction

Hi, 

Since I can't message anyone directly I'd like to post here.

I don't have much understanding with how the top 10 was chosen for prediction topic last week with games: Olympiakos vs Monaco and Chicago Bulls vs Milwaukee Bucks

@AleksandarZ @Nenad Please double check this. 

Example: the 10th place was @Tipsnightmare with such predictions:

Olympiakos vs Monaco   164 points
Chicago Bulls vs Milwaukee Bucks  200 points
tie - 68

and my predictions were: 

Olympiakos vs Monaco - 159

Chicago Bulls vs Milwaukee Bucks Total points: 217

Tiebreaker: 84

The final scores according to the predictions for were:

Olympiakos vs Monaco - 155

Bulls vs Bucks - 216

Tiebraker: 91 points for Bucks at the end of 3rd quarter.

 

SO my question is: how come I'm not on the winners list since my predictions were one of the closest ones?

The match between Olympiacos and Monaco, which took place on April 22, ended 72-96, which is a total of 168 points. The match that took place on April 23 between Chicago and Milwaukee ended 81-111, which is a total of 192 points. Based on that tipsnughtmare has 12 points difference and your points difference  is 34. It seems to me that everything is ok?

Ok, well to be fair you didn't state which date was the game predictions for. So I'm talking about the last one they had.

You're right that was my mistake, the clock was set but that's not enough, from this round, in addition to all matches, dates are also placed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
