Crash is not currently provably fair

Yes it is.

you are not given the odds or win chance for your target in Crash.

Of course it's fairly intuitive to figure out what your chances are to win in crash.  If you target 10x, your chances are about 1 in 10. (1% worse because of HE)

I have never seen a casino operate a game where players are expected to place a bet not knowing the odds of winning

He doesn't realize it, but he's actually describing most slot machines.

The problem with limbo is that you may have to place more than 10million bets before you see the advertised winchance match your targets win rate.

The good thing is, if you just want to gamble, you only need to place a few bets.

As most players will change seed before 100,000 bets an unbalanced seed can work heavily against the player.

Previous results have no influence on future results probabilities, it doesn't matter whether you change your seed or not.
