How much time on average do you spend on Stake every day? Usually around 8-12 hours

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? Now that Finnish chat room became available, I think I can bring value to the chat and community in there. I have plenty of time to use every day, and speak native Finnish and English. I am also part of the Finnish Translation Team for Stake.

Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned, and why?  Yeah, I received my first ever 2hr chat mute in the Finnish chat today, by thanking the bot and said 1 English word.

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? I have long background of administrating and moderating numerous platforms dating back to old esports platforms even before they became a thing. Also currently moderating several different platforms.

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? Make sure everyone go by rules and help people.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? rather spend my time doing something useful than just looking at the screen. can do this on the side while i watch streams/videos etc

Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned, and why? muted twice i think. first mute was for a bad joke i didnt think it was so serious to one of the community managers. second mute was by cdot for joking about rainbot. i think thats all my mutes.

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? in a few twitch chats (not anymore).

- Chat moderators are making sure customers follow the given rules. This means actively monitoring and enforcing the chat rules whenever it’s needed.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
- I believe I will be perfect fit for this position since I already work on English/Finnish translation field. I’m also devoted to improve the chat experience as well as the community for all Finns. I spend lot of my free time at my computers daily, which should be a plus for this kind of job. 🤝

How much time on average do you spend on Stake every day? On average, I spend around 5-10 hours on Stake, plus now that I am un-embloyed I can spend more. 
 

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? The job of a moderator is of course to help the  users in the chat with their questions and  keep the chat clean of everything that doesnt belong there.

 

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? When I heard the finnish chat is coming on stake, I instantly knew I wanted to become a moderator there. Reasons for it? I have moderated chats on small gambling sites before and now I want to have a chance to help the finnish community on stake. I also speak/type fluent english so I could be a help in sports or any other chat. I am also a long time user in stake and I have been a part of the gambling community for a while so I got common knowledge about things on gambling sites. Also born and raised in Finland so my finnish is fluent.

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? Make sure there is no abuse/racism/sexism/(begging, bribing, loaning as you are online casino) and the chat follows the correct guidelines which are set by the goverment and the website,

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? It's a brand new community, so it gives a impression for new joiners what Stake standards are, what you can do and how can you behave. I work in a gamin industry (QA manager) as my full time job + I work closely with player support to ensure that their work is as smooth as it can be. I want to make sure Finnish chat does not come another beggars/vulgar peoples hang around. I'm also native in Finnish and English, so I can help other chat rooms as as well, in English of course if needed.

Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned, and why? Yes I have unfortunately, I've been answering for peoples questions or telling about my frustration towards rain farmers and for some reason I've been muted.. I'm not going to lie, I've send ☂ to English chat as well.. but so does everyone else.

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? I used to have guilds back in the days in EQ2/AoC/AION where I was the moderator for the websites, I'm also taking care of the google play reviews etc from time to time what the company I work for are hosting.

How much time on average do you spend on Stake every day? I'd say around 2-3 hours currently (depends what I'm doing) but If I were to get this position I could easily spend many more hours if needed.

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? Keeping the chat clean, making sure people don't do any racism, bullying etc. I'd also wanna say greeting people is a nice way of letting them feel welcomed to the site. Warning people If something doesn't belong in the chat. If someone asks questions you can answer to them or give them some help. Also keeping the chat in the correct language is a key thing. Overall just making sure rules are followed and people are enjoying their time!

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I love stake's community and I'd love to be part of helping to build the Finnish community even bigger. I've also spoken English for many many years but obviously Finnish is my main language. I don't currently have any moderation jobs so I can put 110% of me into this project. 

Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned, and why? I don't think so, I've definetely seen other people getting this treatment but I rarely type anything in the chat.

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? Yes I have. I've been a moderator for Twitch streamers that have had over millions of followers which has put my moderation skills to the test multiple times. This also included being a moderator in discord aswell. I've experinced a LOT during those times, so I can safely say I have a ton of experience in this.

Well as a moderator you manage the community and make sure it is a safe community and all the rules are being followed, you also want to be a leader in the community giving a good aspect for everyone. 

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

Well I have worked for many other communities on Discord and I used to be a twitch moderator and discord moderator for Stevewilldoit from Nelk so I know how to lead in example for a community. I also want to work in Stake as a moderator to keep the community safe and have a good conversation with all my fellow Finnish speakers! And the main reason I want to be a moderator is because my main language is Finnish as I was born in Finland so I think I would be perfect for this job and I also speak fluent English and Portuguese.

There is chance you have heard about me before. I'm the guy who is Reviewing Stake Finnish Translation. 

How much time on average do you spend on Stake every day?
During summer time i do work (really) stupid amount on my job, so can't be here 24 hours a day nor even 16 hours. I said this same thing on another project i'm working on, but received nickname of "All Seeing Eye" from community due i was still one of the most active mods, even though i wasn't supposed to be there. So yeah, during weekdays i'll be there whenever i can. Weekends and winter time i'm sitting in front of my computer and a lot.

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
Moderators job is to make sure everyone follows given rules. You need situational awareness for all kind of situations. For example some Finnish people use (incl. myself sometimes) combination of Finnish and English (Finglish), so as long as i know it's actually Finnish person i'm not going to warn for non-Finnish words. Whole different situation would be person that's clearly using Google Translate to "chat".

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I like Stake and want to be involved in growth of Finnish community, which is starting to happen slowly. Being Finnish Translation Reviewer already shows that i like the project. I also have some ideas for community engagement.
