Monthly going to account for the 45 days of wagering or only last 30

IF we get monthly in the middle of the month, is it going to take into account the wagering of 45 days from the last monthly?

I think it says somewhere that it's only last 30 days, but Eddie has confirmed it counts for all wagers after last monthly.
