basically they say im not eligible BCZ I PLACED A 0.01 BET which on luciana promotion says and they say im not eligible for the promotion which i clearly won it in the right way

Buddy, the games (multi-bet) are selected only for this promotion, and your FIRST bet does not eligible for the promotion, it's not about the amount, but the FIRST MULTI BET and the selected games.

The amount is one of the requirements, but before that, you made a mistake by not reading the rules I posted above. You probably thought that you can make two or more parlays for this promotion.

i didnt think About making 2 i did 1 cent bet so i could just cashout the 1 bet and bet normaly 5$ for the promotion

You can only make one multi-bet for this promotion and you made a mistake in the first multi-bet. This is what we're talking about here  

The rules state that only the FIRST multi bet will be eligible and your first multi bet is not eligible for this promotion. In this case, it is not possible to skip the first multi-bet and accept the second multi-bet. 

As I said, you thought you could make more than one multi-bet if the first bet was wrong.

Anyway, next time read the rules carefully so as not to make such mistakes.

Let me write the same thing again, you are not allowed to make more than one multi bet for this promotion. Your first bet was not accepted due to the bet amount and your second bet was not accepted due to the third rule. That is all

The rules are in place so people don't abuse these promos and back multiple sides or benefit in other ways. However, It does seem absurd that you'd be ineligible only because of a cashed out $0.01 bet. My question is, why would you even place a 1 cent bet with the same exact legs to start with? It doesn't make much sense to me.

Ill throw me 2 cents in here also. I agree with you zulu. So hes inelgible because he placed the $0.01 bet FIRST and then the $5+ dollar bet AFTER ? BUT the minimum is $5 but somehow the $0.01 cent bet counts bc its the first bet placed but DOESNT count because its not $5 dollars. Seems absolutely absurd. So i guess he shouldve placed the $5+ dollar bet FIRST then the $0.01 bet. Either way the 1cent bet shouldve never been placed man.

Im guessing he just did it to remember the games when a depo waiting to go through or something like that, atleast I do that sometimes.
