I sent an email to Support, and got a response within a few minutes. A lot of questions to answer, which I did as good as I could. The only thing I couldn't answer is a screenshot of a deposit since I didn't know the deposit adress. Again within a few minutes a reply I should provide a screenshot from a deposit somewhere january 2021. I don't have acces to that wallet anymore I kindly asked to provide me with the Dogecoin or TRX adress and not older than februari 2021. And again within a few minutes answer now I needed to send a screenshot from a BTC deposit january 2021 ???????? Huh dude can't you read what I am asking for ? Wirex support is the worst ever but Stake support is a good second.

crisulu Posted May 9, 2022 #3 Posted May 9, 2022 Had 2FA problems once. My phone got wet and I could not retrieve my 2FA. Contacted support, they kept asking me depo proofes. I had access to my wallets, so fortunately I could send them. But they kept asking me, like idk... at least 5/6 times. I got lucky and my phone worked again for a few minutes before dying definitely. The time to retrieve all my 2FA connections, Stake one too. So I just gave up support. But I understand you, they ask for a lot of proofs to make sure that it's indeed you.

And I would be happy to provide them with the proof as long as they would give me a chance and ask for screenshots I can provide. But hey if they don't want me here, there are lots of casino's who do then I am leaving but not before I have taken this to Askgamblers.
Snickers Posted May 9, 2022 #5 Posted May 9, 2022 Are you verified? That would be much easier than these bs deposit proofs (I had the same stuff around 1 year ago and it was a lot of work finding a specific transaction). These protocols are ridiculous.

This hiliarious answer I got: We will forward this to our General Managers for review. In case it all goes well and they are able to remove your 2FA, you will be informed in the next 72 hours. If General Managers spend their time reviewing 2FA issues for less than 10 dollar accounts I wonder who takes care of the really important stuff. Will keep you updated.

For every email i sent to them i got another that i need to provide another screenshot. The same message as yours that general managers must review this and they did after about 70 hours.

Imagine if they gave your account to a scammer even though you had 2fa enabled and when asked for proof of previous deposits the scammer couldn't provide them to support.

When I sent the picture to him, he said it wasn't what he wanted. He asked for pictures of deposit and withdrawal btc- dogecoin of 2021 january as well Although I can confirm all 9/10 The question they asked But it seems that they I really don't want to help. They're just covering their faces. to make fun of bullying on all of us like a message that states that when we go platinum We will have a personal host. In the message it says We must not make them feel uncomfortable. Support here is like a god. superior to us customers who bring money In summary, my account has not received any response from support. They no have code of conduct. They only oppress us, mother fucker support...

But it is solved you don't have to miss me. Probably a big relief for you.
