It displays a lack of transparency and respect for the customer. The monthly bonus doesn't need to be a "surprise", we're not children. Players factor the monthly bonus into their gambling. It is a form of rakeback and how much has been earned should be clearly visible... Just like it is on almost every other crypto gambling website.
