to put it simply, someone contacted support and told them to change the email on my account. 

they did it. they could’ve emailed me and asked if it’s really me but they didn’t. Or they could’ve just denied a crazy request like that. Instead now they ignore me.

 

so this is the diamond vip member experience ?

Are you sure about that? Every time you ask for email change, they ask you proof of ownership of the account. Check if your email hasn't been stolen as well.

They ask for a heap of ownership details in regards to stuff like this. Alongside the e-mail code required. I’m going to assume your e-mail has been hacked or you’ve been phished heavily. Not Stake’s fault as they are typically quite thorough with anything like this. You’ve given someone access to something down the line.
