Let's say the bracket for obtaining that bonus is a million dollars in wagers. If you consider all the accounts created up to this date a lot of them would have gone through that bracket of a million dollars. Also, a lot of them are probably inactive which means that they will get bonuses for no reason. Even if they are active from time to time again without proper weekly/monthly wager requirement they will again get it. If that's the case that it is not a sustainable system and it will only consider loss on the Stake's side. People would also start re-selling their accounts for X amount of money to people who will only cash out that bonuses which again is not sustainable and a problem itself.
