The issue was; I got the error message on the title and support told me I did something suspicious and there's no way they can open my account back. I gave them all the info that I have and they inspected what caused this and told me it was a mistake. But I was sweating at a time. I registered stake at 2018 and never want to lose my progress since I barely managed to get Plat 2 in 4 years 

Btw people are reporting temporary ip bans recently I think I changed my vpn a lot maybe my vpn matched with someone illegal and that lead this error to happen. I'm not sure tho we still need an explanation from staff.
