Hi Stakers, since communication is not the strongest skill of Stake, let me warn you about an important change of forum challenges.

 

Slot Challenge now requires a minimum of 0.20c bet, instead of 0.10c.

Vip Slot Challenge now requires a minimum of 0.40c bet, instead of 0.20c.

TG CHALLENGES are on hold (possibly forever).

And prizes haven't increased

 

Make sure to bet with the correct amount!

There's a really nice conversation happened on Challenges, @NikiF if you open the Challenges chat you may be still able to see the history. Bots users are not cheaters/scammers, and the reason on why Challenges have been put on hold is not related for Bots.

It is clear that many hosts benefit from the fact that their friends win, but I really hope that such players will be excluded

Good looking out xrflive.  It seems this will only effect the "Return of the king" in vip challenges since the other one that runs has been .50 or $1 for a while now.   I welcome the change tho.  When you have 20 or 30+ pages of winners, the workload for these guys to comb through all these bets must get overwhelming.  And if you're not on board with these changes, think of it this way.. we'll probably lose a good portion of these bets that some people are able to complete after getting a single rain from chat.  So hopefully it will increase the prize pool per person by dropping a portion of the players (at least for people not finishing in the top fixed price prizes)  

On the other hand, one would think with upped requirements would come upped prizes as just a common courtesy..   I know a few years ago this wouldn't even have had to be talked about. It would've just happened.  

And I'd love to hear more info about the challenges and what it's about if not for bots.  I really thought that would be the case.  Because you're 100% correct, stake isn't the best at communicating.

As much as we wish everything could just be "scraped, thrown into a database, sorted, and receive accurate results in seconds", it's not always the case.  Is it possible? Maybe.. im not too well versed on what privileges different levels of accounts have on stakes backend.  I don't think there's many people who know the ins and outs of it and rightfully so.  But i think a lot of this data need to be manually checked, like were your 6 roulette bets on red 'actually' in row or did you skip a bet you lost in that run?  And after thinking of more examples im starting to think yeeeeaaa maybe this could all be automated, lol.  But for whatever reason if hasn't, but im sure many people try to cheat and think theyll get away with it + people multi-accounting and other TOS violations.  But if it was so trivial to automate, i find it hard to beleive they wouldnt have done it already like they have with other promos.. (stake vs eddie, conquer the casino, etc..)

But these contest runners aren't just going through the challenge that you yourself entered, there's like 8 or 9 different challenges every week.  Although like the tg challenges, it would be nice if they freshened them up with a new one every couple months..

Should also raise the 100x to 250x needed, I mean just play a day and you probably hit a 100x even if it cost some. 250x and people would get a ok coupon I guess

Clearly, you have no idea what you are talking about. Bots are used for automation. It works the same way as using autobet on dice or limbo or any games with that option. It doesn't in anyway change the result of the seed. Though one of the advantages of course is faster hunting time than doing it manually. Bots make lives easier. It's the same as you using a cellphone to talk to your loved ones far away from you via messenger or telegram or any social platform rather than sending them snail mail which takes forever to arrive. If you don't like to  use bots then prolly you might think you shouldn't even be using a computer. Go ahead use an abacus and access stake.com. Jesus!

Tg challenge will be put on hold until further notice due to certain service improvements for making the whole experience even better and more enjoyable.

I do not see anything near that challenges won't be back.

I actually don't mind the increase, especially for the VIP slot challenge. If I remember correctly, the minimum bet was $1 then 50 cents when this challenge just came out. It also makes sense as the other VIP challenge ranges between 50 cents and $1. Hopefully this will reduce the number of entries and increase the reward... it's been so low lately. They should definitely increase the prize pool as well as the number of participants gets bigger.

You're right about Stake's promo team not being good at communicating such changes. It's almost as if they don't want us to notice the change. It's always surprising to me that the ''leading'' casino in the industry acts so unprofessionally at times.
