RGBKey Posted August 16, 2017 #2 Posted August 16, 2017 This is because you sent the transaction with a relatively low miner fee compared to many other transactions being sent at the same time. You'll have to wait for the transaction volume to die down before it gets confirmed in a block, and that's when you will receive it on the site.
holdaaja Posted August 17, 2017 #3 Posted August 17, 2017 What do you mean blockchain shows it was received? Is it confirmed or not? You must wait for confirmations first.

VIP Host Bojana Posted August 17, 2017 VIP Host #8 Posted August 17, 2017 Please, do not post your deposit addresses out in the open, contact us on the support, please, as @Irena already suggested. Your depo addy is unique and should be familiar only to you, one of the crucial pieces of information in confirming the ownership of your account.
