Does this only apply for me?

I’ve been gambling since 2016, around 2018 is when I started heavy gambling. I would be on casinos for 18h sometimes if I had some luck.

the last 2 years I’ve started getting huge migraines even if I only played for 3-4h , and it doesn’t matter if I loose or win. But god dam, The headache follows me even to the next day.

I imagine I’m not the only one. Does anyone else face the same issues?

Sounds like it could be a blue light sensitivity issue (just spitballing ideas). Staring at screens for an extended period of time is not the best, maybe look at getting some blue light blocking glasses and it may alleviate some of the strain on your eyes?

Yeah but it happens when I’m on the actual casino as well. I think it can be due to a blood rush or adrenaline kick for extended time

it seems that this happened because there was a rejection from deep inside your consciousness, but your soul and body can't stop doing it. Your brain try to reach you, but it can't, so it try harder and harder and makes your migraine happen.

what you need to do is to convince your brain that gambling is good for life, so it won't reject gambling anymore. Or just  stop gambling. 🍀

Trust me I know gambling is bad for me. I lost lots of things due to it and also went to Anonymous gambling meetings to stop.  But again I’m here once again. I do enjoy it a lot tho
