Chartbet bad multiplier

In chartbet I made a series of bets manually changing the multiplier for automatic cashout.

The change was 0.1, for example one bet 2.8X, next bet 2.9X and so on.

It happened several times that after pressing the roll button, the multiplier changed back to previous value, for example, was at 2.9 but when pressing roll it returned to 2.8X

I just tried to replicate the issue you were experiencing without any luck. Could you perhaps try clearing your cache and logging back in?

Im gonna try to make it happen again and take some screenshots if it happens....

 

I have played very few on Stake, but decided to retry this and I could reproduce the problem easily.

It does not happen on any multiplier, most are trouble-free, just a few have his problem.

On pic 1 you can see on the chart a previous bet that I lost, and on the field for the multiplier for auto cashout I just entered 2.3.

I press BET and voilá, on pic 2 you can see the multiplier transformed to 2.29, and I can confirm that winning bets are paid with the transformed multiplier and not with the one I entered.....
