Vanillex Posted May 28, 2022 #1 Posted May 28, 2022 Hello, i hope everyone is having a better weekend than me. I just took part in the weekend stream, like i do every week. And I usually try and wager around 3k to be eligible for the drops. This week I got 3.6k wagered. (See attached image). The last code had 3.3k wager req. Still I get error saying that I don't have enough wagered. The support is a joke. Telling me these robot replies and refuse to help. And if you tell people to wager and play etc etc to get these codes, please make them work and help if someone has a problem with it. How hard can it be to have a functioning support? Please have a look at the images.
copyyzz Posted May 28, 2022 #3 Posted May 28, 2022 Last one worked for me but couple of them didn't it was just spinning when I tried to redeem and thats it. I have over 5K wager and im not using VPN so yeah. Tried switching browsers it was same thing.

Which means if you wagered 1million an hour before or during stream, you still wouldnt be eligble for next week, while it would still say you wagered 1m for the week. You mightve had 3 tickets, but still had wagered some later than a 7-day period (i.e 3200, 3300 etc),.

I'm gold vip. I collect pretty much every bonus I can and play mostly house games. I got most of my wager 3 days ago and some yesterday but it was during morning so that should be well before the 24h. 3 hours ago, ameobi said: I had the same issue. You either misread or you're on the spectrum lil guy no thats not how it works, not when it comes to bonus drops created by someone, it takes wagered the last week from the moment the code was created, it has no limit where it cuts off the days and says this is a new weekly. are you stupid? You set the requirement for the drop code, and you choose the last 7 days, (last week) and it counts even at the moment the code is made, so even if you are under wager requirement, when the code is made, and you reach those requirements, say.. 5 minutes later after the code was made, you can claim the code, given the fact that it isn't fully claimed yet. u dumb mofo

But the requested stats will always be in USD as I understood.

First I will try to give you as much info as I can regarding bonus drops, bonus drops are calculated from the moment they are released, so for example if bonus drop is announced at 3PM on Saturday, wager is counted from previous Saturday 3PM. If you try to wager after bonus is announced, to reach certain wager amount, it will not work guys, it is not how these codes work. So, wagering after bonus drop is released is not going to work since at the moment when bonus was announced you were not eligible and unfortunately it will stay like that. You always have another chance, as we tend to give a lot of these bonuses to our users. Also, if you have any unsettled bets, they are not going to be calculated as wagered amounts since wager is calculated only when bet is settled. Regarding amounts needed, we always take USD as standard value, we always did and all other currencies will be converted to USD. Second thing is behavior of @Hunsz We do not and we will never tolerate such words here, we show respect here to each other and understanding for all users, so consider this as first and final warning regarding your post above, if same thing happens again we will restrict you access to this forum.
