We need to have some humor in these situations, thank you 😅

Please, this is a serious matter and I will not tolerate any humor whatsoever. "Chuckles quietly in background"

However, if humor was tolerated, not saying that I do, but if I did... then it would still be a serious matter nonetheless. "Chuckles less quietly in the frontground"

P.S. - I agree with what majali7891 said. And thank you to all the support staff members of Stake, I can't imagine it is easy to deal with all of the complaints you get every day. As for the IT department, I have nothing more to say.

As stake grows these will be the common issue . A better server to accommodate huge numbers of players same time  is needed.

Stake has lots of competent developers. I strongly believed they are doing the best they can to solve /fix the problems.

I'm sorry ubbey but the first time i have to disagree with you. Stake has NOT one dev.

as a dice addict....When you play manualy and its slow and you wait to see the outcome of the roll. you become much more shorter, which means you get tilted easily which makes me go .......but i would do the same with the lag or without it...So fix it i wil blame myself

The best is when support tells us its because of our browsers. And 16k of us have browser issues at the same time lol

This is a great example of one of the things I wanted to ask/respond to Darko with when I read their response. They insult our intelligence and just flat out lie to us.

*Calls internet provider*

My internet is not working, is there an outage?

"There are no outages reported. Could you please restart your computer, of that doesn't work, ensure call cables are plugged in tight"

I've done all of that, unplugged router waited 5 mins and plugged back in. Nothing is working

"Please check your cables. I will wait while you do so"

*Sigh* k they r fine.

"Okay seems your cables are in. Please disconnect the cables and power cable. Then wait 30 seconds before plugging ba..."

*Hangs up from severe frusturation*
