Glitch in Chartbet cashout

I cashout on chartbet at 31-32x and it didn't cashout and crashed at 33x with over 50k profit..After that, "Error. repeating user cashout" error pops up. Here i made a gif of the error message.. If there any way i can get that sats back? because it's obvious that it's not my fault. Already reported to support. Just wanted to share the issue. This is my bet ID Chartbet:310,749. @Dan please take a look at this.
