Live Customer Support fell down into a void

I am staker from 2017 and had dozens of encounters with live support and i was always 8+/10 satisfied. Then, 2022 turned on our calendars. 

 

1.

After a disappointing Drake stream got little excited when told that all who registered by email will get something. I know there was a code shared for 10$ (that was only 2k claims and missed it) but there was nice bonuses for all people through a link that was shared on Twitter later on and guess what.. "unavailable", apparently I somehow, magically unregistered from that email promotion with Drake. 

Two days later trying to clarify what happened with live support and getting back

"We could have helped you while the stream." 

How in the name of god was I supposed to know there was an issue (which still never was clarified to me) with my id registration on Drake stream through the email? 50$ tip would have made no difference to me whatsoever but to answer to an issue "unfortunately this promotion is over" is just disgraceful, I did not want the tip from support i wanted clarification why this happened.

 

2.

Today I realized I'm close to Platinum 1 and checked what wager statistics and noticed I have over 250k$( 233k in TRX and 21k in LTC). I opened a live support chat and was welcomed by our dear "amazing" Petar. I swear to god I felt like I'm talking with a bot or a wall for 10 minutes before I just gave up. I was telling him word by word, Account Statistics show one thing (254k+ $ wagered) and VIP progress shows another thing, WHY is this? 

He keeps answering me with:
"You can calculate the exact amount you have here:

https://help.stake.com/en/articles/4974712-how-to-calculate-your-vip-progress"

 

"You can calculate your progress via link above. 🙂"

 

"Your account wager is not over 250k."

 

And all his answers above were after I showed him a screenshot like the one attached. 

 

Both encounters I just needed clarification why one thing happened, both situation i was getting from support "well , it just happened".

 

As much as I do love my Stake experience with the platform and gaming, I just now get sick when i have an issue, because I know I have to deal to these people who prioritizes to just check the box "answered/solved" to stake chats not to actually solve the problem/ clarify / explain.

Regarding the 2nd issue I would assume that:

- for the statistics page they calculate your wagered amount in coins times the current price per coin (the moment you open statistics) and

- for the VIP level increase the percentage on every bet (so this always takes into account the historic price per coin at the time of the bet)

I have also a difference between statistics shown on this page and my VIP level while for me it is the other way round.

It looks like this because you made that wager when the price of the coin was low, the percentage of Vip progress doesn't change when the price changes, but your stats change because it shows your stats with the current price.

The Vip program was added to this site in 2019 and you have been a user since 2017. First of all, you should find out how much you wagered in coins from 2017 to 2019 and from 2019 to 2022. After that, you will understand why you are still Gold and not Platinum.

254k in wager in statistics but 96.5% to platinum 1.

 

See,  it took you guys 1 minute to write a normal explanation to my case, and now I get it.

 

All the bot support was doing is sending me to a percentage calculator, mind blowing

statistics show the amount of coins/token/crypto wagered... if you have Fiat display enabled it takes the right now price.

 

So as explained Petar was right, but eh had not the words to explain it to you.

1. The twitter i think was only 20$ which I didn't claim also but never complained & never will.. Its not that big of a deal.

I'm a member since less than a year and stated playing maybe during November 2021 and in Plat3... how the fuch you are here since 2017 and didn't even reach P1 yet?!!

He makes a completely fair point in context though, Stake wouldn’t care less about a guy that has been here for years and not even plat 1. Their favourite customers are the problem gamblers, and if they can’t make a lot of money off you then you’re not worth their time. Saying that, it’s still mostly copy and paste responses from CS no matter the level.

I did think more than twice,

To me its not money issue that I brag about & I still am not that big player btw..

But its 5 years of being a member & not welling to develop and above all that submits a claim is the issue ..

In simple calculation, 2017 to 2022 is 5 years.. In five years you wager 233K yet you complain on a website that has 1 billion $s value and some players wager millions daily!!

Place yourself in the support team's shoes & tell me how should they react????

 I'm not being "Lame" I'm being realistic..

That's what I exactly meant, I'm not talking about me or making any showoffs. I just Imagined myself in the place of a support member & measured the value/weight of the site it self.
