I have a Monthly error

I have wagered more than 500k+ and down tens of thousands this month, 

my weekly every week for the past few weeks been on an average 250 dollars

however i claimed my monthly and its 230 .. 

how is that even possible?? I lose shit ton of money and every single week i average 250 and then my monthly is lower than a single weekly..

how ?

mai weekly i got 200$ for 100k waggered ...

2 week ago i got 980 for 400k waggered on my weekly

i don't understand the amount its seem really low
