Hi guys,

 

first of all, I am very disappointed about my monthly.

I wagered over 4.2 mio $ (not even a small company can do this in around 4 weeks).

They gave me 397$ monthly.... THIS MUST BE A JOKE!!!!

The changes in the past are very bad for middle class players like me.

Where is the fairness? Where is the amount I would have been get like a half year ago????

Absolutely ashame how they treated us.

Unbelievable, I am speechless.

Additional, my host even don`t really care about my concerns and said, "it is all correct"...wow.

I also have a problem with my monthly bonus. This month I have twice as much wagering and twice as much loss as last month, but I got almost the same thing, which is really annoying

you are $8000 in minus the month and get $280 and last month with $2500 minus I get $220 what is the point behind the calculation of the month bonus stake worsened wich rakeback was set down over time and now you can no longer rely on the happy monthly bonus

@ReaperzIf I would create a new account and wager 4,2 mio  in 4 weeks, I would get over 5K lvl up bonusses and recent gameplay bonus.

Where is the fairness? Should I open a new account???

@Gidbidsokay, I didn't think about that. I think you should of gotten at least $1.5k for the monthly bonus with the amount that you wagered regardless of profits.

 

When I had over 6mil wagered for the month, my bonus was around $3k awhile back and that was with over $100k in profit as well.

The values between wager and bonus are so wide spreaded, no one really knows.

The problem is: before every level up there was text with your benefits.

Why they changed it for everybody?

Nobody has explained, that even the rageback is only 50%. 

So they decrease all factors which was at least in the past a goal to reach. Nothing is left. 

And they should rename the word VIP. It looks different to me. I feel like a no name customer. 

Unexpected at all.

Looks like another platform needs my money more. 

Last but not least: for what I need a host? To set variables on gameplay each week? Even a system can do that.

Not even a level up was noticed. I needed to go to my host and say: 'where ist my bonus?'

Same at birthdays.

The service got worst and worst.

Sorry, if I said that too hard.

Just my opinion.

Let's see how they handle that.

My case is now in the marketing department.

THANKS STAKE FOR FINALLY FIXING THE BONUSES!!!!! Stake should have changed that months ago. Thanks.

 

Edit: That was by far the best thing stake did since im on stake!

It seems as though there's a lack of equality here. Some people can ask their VIP hosts for lossback bonuses and receive them, multiple times per week (decent amounts of money, too, like $50 for a $800 loss). Some people ask their host and are told to pound sand every single time. And then there are people without a VIP host who can rip thousands and get the bare minimum back.

Fair enough if you prefer the changes to the monthly, but it seems that a lot don't. If it's working for you, that's great.

I'd like to see a level playing field and greater transparency from stake.

At the same time, if I was in their business I'd do my best to keep a customer who wagered almost $5m in one month happy. If he's in profit this month, it's likely he won't be next month or the month after that. Unless he doesn't feel appreciated and leaves for somewhere that does make him feel like a VIP.

Its a casino what do u expect if ur in profit u get less if ur in loss they give u more its not about wagering now its about loss/profit to which makes sense

Well Stakes biggest competitor where all the influencers are playing (can’t say the name or they will ban me for another month) had like 60% rakeback for a while. However, they just lowered it down like stake did. Honestly, best thing you can do is open an account at new casinos which offer fast cashout. Forget about VIP level and everything because it’s not as attractive as it used to be from what I’ve heard. Most casinos offer I good promotion for new players. My adivice is open an account on one those casinos wager and level up the first stages which is very easy and change casinos once again

The only good bonus they have left are reloads for vip host players & maybe weekly  all their other bonuses are not good no more and have been nerfed extremely. Monthly, top monthly getting less than half of what I use to get
