dmbadillo10 Posted June 15, 2022 #1 Posted June 15, 2022 Hi, This is a problem that I was reaching out PD Live chat support for several times, but was not able to get a resolution. Here's the problem. I hope someone can help here. I was trying to access my forum account in PD since last week. It does not accept the usual password that I remember, so I tried to do the "Forgot your password" process. Entered my email address registered in PD forum. Then it says I will receive the email in a few minutes. However, I am not able to get it. Even after several tries. No email in inbox, or any other folders like spam or trash or junk. When I did the same process here in Stake Forum, I received the reset password email almost immediately after I requested.@NenadI hope that this inquiry can be considered even if I'm posting it here in Stake Forum. I badly want to use my PD forum account that I have established it years ago. I would appreciate any type of assistance.
