abrgil007 Posted June 15, 2022 #1 Posted June 15, 2022 hey everyone good morning yall. just wanted to update you in something that occurred in June 13 . i played in blackjack with dealer named nina. nina was gr8 but the only problem that after she finished to dealer there was a tech problem with the chip receiver under the stack. in that moment i had on 7th pot A,10 and on 6th pocket 7,8 hearts , dealer 9hearts i side betted and all but that not important. after the lady from the service came to fix it the dealer listen to her instructions but she made 3 mistakes ,she started to take each card to the receiver for to him receive the card in the screen what she didn't noticed when she rearranged that hand she replaced the normal order of the cards . explain me how from situation of pressing hit on 7,8 and another hand of blackjack it changed to 3 diff combinations ?? never the less i talked to their help support for the past few days they just now contacted me and said that the developers decided that they fixed the game as it should be fixed. Please if any1 sees this and can help in anyway it's frustrating to play this game 3 years and being treated like this.
