Stake still not allowing me to withdraw after a year

So, I've been fighting this for the past year (unsuccessfully), the amount they're keeping is very low, but it's all about principle. A customer should never have to worry about losing their money on a gambling site not to gambling, but to being denied withdrawal.

My account which was created in September 2017 was banned with funds on it. The amount is under minimum withdrawal (was like 20 dollars in BTC and eth so 40 dollars total, now crypto has fallen drastically, making them locking the funds actually cause harm)

I asked support, Eddie and my VIP host for the reason I was banned, nobody was able to give a reason. The best thing I got was "I won't tell you because you know what you did" from support. I eventually decided it was due to having 2 accounts, but they would have said so, if that was the case. 

 

Jesus, telling a customer they know what they did when they clearly don't, and refusing to elaborate. This is not the support system that we all loved when we first joined stake. This is an absolute mockery of the great website this used to be.

The weird part is that the account that was banned, was made in September 2017. My other (not banned) account was made some time in 2019 I believe. Why ban the OLDER account with money on it, instead of the newer one without any?

 

I once again contacted support and I was having a very civil conversation, after 2 messages I believe I was banned from support as I can't create any new conversations. I only asked why I had to deposit more to withdraw the money, since it wouldn't change anything for stake. Only thing it would change is me having to pay double fees, to withdraw money that has already gone down from like 40 bucks to 10, meaning with the fees I'd be left with around 2 dollars from 40.

 

Last time I talked about this, several diehard stake fans attacked me. Hoping this time I'm able to reach an audience this might actually make think twice about everything that's been going on lately.

My bad, I did not actually get banned from support it seems, as I received a new reply. Just looks weird on mobile since it doesn't let me start new convos.

Either way the rest is true and this doesn't change anything.
