Plat 6 1 month long issue with support trying to verify.. any ideas?

Ive been attempting to verify my account and they keep saying the photos arent clear or something isnt right.. its been a month of hassle..

 

any support chime in here?

Try to take picture with better quality. Just talk to them. They will solve your problem

Support are swamped since the casino has 1000x increase in users over the last year

Unless Stake spend more money on infrastructure, the whole house of cards will buckle

I think the reason they have not spent money fixing the infrastructure, is that their costs are incredibly high with all their endorsements and famous affiliate costs.

However gamblers are like drug addicts, you can abuse them as much as you like and they still come back for more. So this leaves little motivation to keep them happy, as they will give you their money anyway

Hey Paul I think I may be able to help. I’ve had a few instances where I’ve had to verify and went through the ringer, but ultimately got it done. Shoot me a private message through tele or something

Re upload it. Use a very high definition of camera. If it doesnt work, i think the problem is not with you anymore. 🙄
