Going on 5 days waiting for an email back

recently, my account was put into withdraw only mode a few days ago at around 6:50am and all i was doing was placing sports bets. i quickly went to go withdraw my my money since i was in WITHDRAW ONLY mode, and yet it tells me “you cannot do that” live support is nothing short of helpless, they told me to email [email protected] and i would be contacted back in UP TO 48 hours. Here we are almost 5 days later and yet not a single email back, i have sent 4 emails at this point and not a single one has been responded to. i have nearly $300 sitting in my account that i am unable to withdraw even though i am in withdraw only mode, with no explanation from support, nor my former affiliate vip who tried to do what he could. at this point, my money is pretty much being held hostage, its not a good look, i need to be able to withdraw and take my business elsewhere is nobody is going to get back to me within the next 3 days. I will not have my money stolen or robbed from me by the casino website. this is in reference to the username pahcket. 

if anyone who manages the emails sees this, you can find my emails which mention my username, just search it up.
