I have been thinking a lot about rules that can be put into place to keep one self from tilting. I am pretty new to gambling all together but I hope to list what is working for me and maybe others can give their ideas and suggestions? I also don't know if this will work with ALL gambling but it's more so for dice rolling.

1) Set a "Profit" goal and keep it.  For example. "I am starting with 100k sats. My goal is to earn 10k. Once you hit 10k profit STOP.

2) Set "Lose" limit. For Example. "I am starting with 100k sats. If I drop below 80k I will STOP no matter what".

You can also make weekly goals if you don't get a chance to play often. I have not tried this.

The goal is here to get myself out of the mindset that I am VS the game. I tend to get upset when a strat that HAS been working all the sudden stops.. then I chase it thinking "Oh it due to hit soon!:.. and boom .. Tilt.. So this way you NEVER risk going tilt. The chances of you losing all your money over the span of days, weeks or months apposed to just yolo betting all day/night is "SAFER" in my opinion.

One of the biggest issues I personally have is emotions. I get upset and start to blame EVERYTHING but myself. "The website is rigged!" "If my bet was lower I would hit the site KNOWS when I bet high and changes the winning percentage!"... yeah I blame everything besides "Maybe I should have followed my rules and not got greedy".

I hope others can addon to this as I am still learning. One thing that I herd ALL the time but never understood until recently tilting ALL my bank... "You can not LOSE what you do NOT bet". "Live to bet another day".

Good luck everyone!

Great strategy. Or more likely, mindset.

This is truly effective. And I have tried it many times.

Example. Depoed 250k. Setting my goal to 50k every 2 hours.

Or juat simply like @CryptoDadlol mentioned. You can even do 10k or 20k daily.

Simple. Keep the mindset and dont itch to roll. 😁
