malahaygg Posted July 3, 2022 #1 Posted July 3, 2022 Well, first off, when i saw the deposit address i was like hold on a second this address appears to be BSC not BEP-2.Then immediately asked support what's the deal. They said it's BEP-2 and you should be able to send/receive regular BNB.Then i tried to withdraw minimum withdrawal amount to my BEP-2 BNB address and Stake gave me a warning saying the address is wrong.I said 'I bet BSC address will do the job' and bam, withdrawal went through.Stake should inform people better and even change BNB to BSC in my opinion.A guy who's not familiar with crypto couldreceive one of their bonuses in BNB to try new seed with the new currency and then could have trouble withdrawing the balance. In short my gambler brothers and sisters, use BSC network to withdraw and deposit, don't use regular BEP-2 BNB addresses since it will not work.
Tat40hk Posted July 3, 2022 #2 Posted July 3, 2022 BSC = Bep20 But I agree stake should mention it's BSC/Bep20 and it's not ERC. Because they're using same address format.
