  • Hello! What supplements do you take when you exercise or go to the gym? What is your favorite supplement?
  • Currently we have many supplements and vitamins for those who do weight training or some practice of physical exercise. Some of these supplements are: Whey protein.
    creatine.
    BCAA.
    Glutamine.
    Casein.
    carnitine.
    L-arginine.
    Albumin.
    Vegetable proteins.
    Or you can make your own supplement with natural fruits and vegetables.
  • There are supplements that are indicated for those who do exercises with the objective of muscular hypertrophy, while others are indicated for those looking for definition.

If I follow a workout plan, I usually take Creatine, Vitamin D, Vitamin K2, Beta-alanine, Magnesium. I also take my usual multivitamins. However, I never forget about the right healthy diet, because if you don't eat the right food, you won't grow regardless of what supplements you take.
