In a way that can be shown how it actually applies to the real world and not in the same context the way "magic" is spoken about. Also yes technically stake does set the RTP on the games they have ownership/licensing over, i.e stake originals. However I can guarantee whatever RTP you're measuring or really attempting to measure isn't going to be anywhere near accurate with the small data set you're using.
