I think the award they won was support edition of the Raspberry awards. 😆

Why even care? Because we were told we had a chance to win. 

Everything around that giveaway was fishy and that's why I want an answer to this simple questions so we get rid of all the doubts.

By the way I asked about the "Award" in Award winning support. It took awhile but eventually one of the senior staff confirmed that the award was from years ago. None of that team work at stake now, and nobody knows what the award was for or who made the award to the team.

Like...why is it so hard to answer the questions I asked? Why act stupid?

If you don't know the answer, just tell me you have no idea and give me someone else who knows it and who I can speak to.

Hi there

You could have found a much better answer on the stream, even now it's easy to find, it took me 5 minutes, but regardless, the answer you got from our member could have been much better. One of the reasons could be the high ticket traffic. 🤷‍♂️

Well here is the issue, what the fuck is a lower tier support be able to tell you? Be realistic. Even if he had the answer, which I am sure he doesnt. Thats not his to disclose.

 

I do want to add that I am for the players and I am not defending the casino, rather defending a lower level support employee that simply will not have access to that information.

If he does not have an answer or can not disclose that, then that's exactly what he tells you.

That I do agree with to a certain point, but also expecting an answer from lower lvl support is also not the wisest mate. How many support tickets do you think they got after the drake stream "WHY ME NOT WIN" and shit like that. Ive worked in support myself so I can sympathize with him. But like I said, I Do agree with your point a bit.

Most likely they are told to not answering questions about this. Everyone understand the drake picks are just bull... otherwise they would be printed on this forum for sure.

But they still gave away alot of money (500k) to us regular people so all cudos for that. And people just have to decide if they think thats enough to stay. I personally are ok with those kind of promos that clearly just is for acttracting new players that just think cool everyone can win and so on which is clearly not the case.

I've worked in customer support as well, at a crypto casino as a matter of fact. 

I get where you're coming from, but in this case it is pure indolence from the support agent.

If you have a lot of tickets, you take a little longer but you do them properly. What's worse than a late reply from support? A late useless reply from support.

I Know some of The People who won, all said The same thing, Drake only had The names of those People in The bag

But they should let us know, or at least explain somewhere. At the end of the stream, Drake mentioned my name and my country saying congrats you guys won 25k$. It was my birthday, and let me tell you I was shaking. When I contacted support to ask if I really won, they said: If you won, you will be contacted shortly. The next morning, I contact support and they tell me: Unfortunately you are not part of the winners.

If I had knew I would not have false hope and ruin my birthday.

Looks like the response of a man who has been asked about the fraudulent giveaway multiple times today and lined up a copy and paste response. Also likely he hates his job.

Where were these questions last time around? It was clear nothing would be changed, and they didn’t even justify the phone number requests by giving away the good bonus code at the end for everyone who submitted their details. An elaborate plot to catch out people with numbers from restricted countries? Who knows.

@AleksandarZfor both of the streams drake has taken part in we've had two people in this forum claim  that there name was said and announced a a winner.  For both occasions i have not heard the same name as the two forum members.

Are you able to get a list of just the first names of these winners? for clarity. 

I think some only see or hear what they want. Others may genuinely be  confused.

 

 

@dupeddonk ffs we'll be accused of being staff again posting one after another🤣
