PVP Games

Ever since joining stake I have wanted to play PVP games to mitigate the house edge. I know the house must take their cut, so in a game of pure luck, my expected return is negative right?

However, put me into a 3v3 game of skill with 5 other players and now I have some control over my own fate. Stake can still take their 5% or whatever, and then the 3 winning players keep the rest of the money. Obviously the cost to play could have a few tiers so all players can enjoy and high rollers have a place to enjoy. Maybe even let non-players to bet on their friends games. I don't see how this could be bad for stake, and I'm sure they have considered it before, so why is it not something they want to do?

Thoughts??

p.s. im just trying to get my 10 posts done so i can enter the damn Scarab Spin thing i hit 121x.

It's problematic from an anti-money-laundering (AML) and criminal-use perspective.

If it's anonymous, then everybody would rightfully suggest that it's a scam, that stake own the anonymous accounts.

They could only open it to level 4 verified players, but then I've heard around the internet that you can just Photoshop some random shit together to get verified without much difficulty.

I think it's the same reason they don't have poker.

That's a bummer... I wonder if they could work with a game studio or some designer to at least make a skill based game and maybe give away top prize to the highest scores, or something like that. Maybe get a bonus if you beat a certain level or difficulty.
