My monthly bonus was less then my "top vip" bonus

I wagered over 200k last month and like 30k in losses and earlier in the month won top vip for $500 and then my monthly bonus was only 290. Wtf was expecting over a g. My auxiliary sports account had zero wagering less platinum tier and recieved 52.00 how does that make sense
