I attempt to withdraw, I'm given the copy paste by support that I need to choose one of the 3 options. I am furious at this point. Anyways, I lose the money trying to complete option #3. Before you say it's my fault, it's not. I was most obviously not money laundering. The algorithm or whatever garbage code your devs wrote to check if a withdrawal is suspicious is flawed and forced me to wager more. Please close my account immediately. I don't care if it's a Platinum 6 account, you pulled the KYC card at an absolutely ridiculous time and I'm done.
