Tokai2021 Posted July 17, 2022 #1 Posted July 17, 2022 check you statistics closely ,,, before any bonus comes, and after errors. there are significantly changes in the stats they show you. i tried to make support aware of this, so they give me a fuckoff reply. like im nobody. as always they first claim everything is fine, then you provide them with proof and there attitude changes drasticly. as always they claim they checked and everything is fine, but then 5 minutes later they admit they dont have information to check, only marketing team does. im like dude, why you say one thing, then change your mind after i start providing proof. (unclear where this habbit comes from) maybe its the copy paste policy, to work of as many tickets in smallest time spend. statistics requested on the day of monthly. as you can see i am in a 1559 loss, hence the calculation of this monthly was lower then expected. let me show you my stats 1 day before monthly. and 1 day after the montly was claimed. note i didnt wagere on the 14th. these statistics are first 1 day before monthly was primed. look at the difference in loss over a 24 hr period. and below the final stats, 1 day after the monthly was claimed. so basicly, i suppose to have lost 5.2k in the period from 14 june to 14 july but when you take the calculation from 13 june to 13 july it doesnt show. yet on the only single day that when the monthly came, this loss wasnt shown. stake claims i was up money on the 13th, and yes thats possible. but still i managed to lose all this money before the monthly came arround. in the period between 13 june and 14 july i lost all that was profit once. so when the monthly periode for the calculation is 13 june to 13 juli. but doesnt take intoo calculation that i lost 5.2k in this period. only not reflecting on the day of the calculation for the monthly, thats kinda wack to me. even i was up on the 13 of june, when i have managed to lose this all before the 14th of july, it should reflect this on the monthly statistics. and its technically impossible this loss occured after 13 july. simply cause i dont have that money. @Ghostnipple you could think of a scenario where cherriepicking based on stats favours stake? i can. in the end live support left me hanging, he left due to his work break, some other guy comes in and tells me everything is calculated accordingly. when clearly he cant make this statement, when the first support member claim to not have any information how this calculation is done. it goes to show that when you ask hard questions, you are being forced to leave stake, your not supposed to ask anything. and if you do, you pay the price for it. so support member 1 leaves, and support member 2 comes in and says, dude this is too hard or me, i didnt sign up for this. I rather wish, deeply desire, that they keep some professionalisme. when they are unable to provide information that counters the information i provide them with. @Edward when i contact support and they dont have time to help me in a good way. then whats the function of support. i'm in this converstation for over 4.5 hours. without a single underbuilt awnser. just to wait for another support member to come and tell me, that he is confused and to busy with other tickets. i dont wanne consume ther time! just for consuming ther valuable time. but also i dont wanne be fooled arround for over 4.5 hous without any clear awnsers or results. you invented this sytem to make players believe they have a reward waiting for them, and surely this was one of the things that lured me to sign up to stake. but i got it twisted, losing 5,2k a month to gain a bit more rake or lossback is not worth it. what people really should do, is wager a minimum of 4 or 5k, farm codes and bonus drops. and they much better of then a player who loses 5.2k a month. this is where you really get rewarded. a. cause you didnt lose 5.2k its a win. and b. your able to claim codes and what not, and still lose that. but at least you kept that 5k in your own pocket. sometimes doing less is more. they can talk about me but not with me? make my day. here an image of the bonus i claimed, having my weekly add up. doesnt come close to my monthly. but im sure its caclulated accordingly, as my stats reflect it. - are you happy with the new changes for monthly? y/n - are you happy with the response you get when asking harder questions? y/n - do you think its acceptable that your monthly is halve of the weekly with significantly more losses? y/n - do you agree your lossback should be bigger if you lose big amounts on a selfclaimed 1% ege game? Y/n * optional question ) : is there any scenario you can think of that justifies the amount in stats before montlhy and after monthly claim. - what do you think of the amount of bonus for monthly compaired to stats? feel free to putt out any suggestions towards me or support. so we can get a constructive process going. to improve this. maybe we as community are not gonne change anything. but atleast we can try.
waqas25 Posted July 17, 2022 #3 Posted July 17, 2022 I think new monthly system is not good old one is little better but in my experience our stats don't matter they give you what they think is right i get 16$ this month nd my stats show i only wage 4k and i know i wage even less then that but i got 16$ so its good for me but sometime its good and sometime its bad so i think its their choice who will get how much bonus.i think with our monthly or weekly benefits bonus should also provide screenshot of our stats day by day so we can verify its ok or not.but this system we dont know how much we are getting

suntmedusa10 Posted July 17, 2022 #5 Posted July 17, 2022 Maybe first time was an error and show to you wagger calculated per Slots/games RTP and not your real wagger because pragmatic/hacksaw/ no limit etc are third party games and the wagger/loss was calculated per RTP and ratio of lose and win not per real balance and instead of that money to go for wagger they go on losses or vice versa. This is just my guess and this was just the glitch and didn’t affect you and your real wagger stat that are the most important thing in stake. I hope this will help you.

I think this is one of the reasons why the monthly isn't on a fixed date now they can shuffle with the figures. And talking to support don't put any effort on it a) they don't know and b) they don't care

Guess it depends what your message is 🧐 I self excluded for a month when the changes were made, so I don't really know how it works out for me, but I don't think any of the changes that have been made will benefit the majority of players. They're just cost-saving measures that stake try to sell to us as huge news/massive improvement/you'll love it, as usual. Support - I don't know what their duties are. Maybe they have to juggle other things in between answering chats. I think individually they probably try to do their best with the situation they're in. I don't really understand what people need to ask support that makes them so busy, though. I've only spoken to them when I got early rank level up bonuses and once I missed a digit in an EOS memo. Also resetting 2FA, but that was by email and quite efficient. I'd guess a lot of it is bullshit that stake have brought upon themselves, like 7 day reloads that you can only claim 6 of, confusing streamer sign up offers, stake promising things that don't materialise, stake not being transparent about how bonuses are calculated, etc. The support team should absolutely hate the marketing team. Given the choice, I'd prefer the old system which was effectively rakeback. If you bled heavily, your VIP host should have offered lossback or better yet, just have another tab in the VIP tab where we claim rakeback, reloads, etc. Instead, some people's hosts gave them lossback bonuses often, while others were told to piss off. Some of us never thought to ask for lossback, but then I feel bad asking questions about shit that should be automated, equally for all players. I don't see why there needs to be any grey areas or host discretion when everything is based on numbers. The statistics situation looks pretty messed up. Stake are pretty selective with the stats they give us and how they're presented to us. Having it in $ value when crypto is rising and falling complicates things, too. It'd be a pain in the ass, but you could download your bet history, then find what the BTC to $ amount was on average for each hour, calculate the numbers. Why your loss would increase when you haven't bet and (presumably) the coin you used didn't drop 40% against the $, I don't know. The other seriously bullshit thing which was tied up in this is that our rakeback was cut in half. That was part of the your monthly will be amazing and you're all going to be grinning from ear to ear way that stake sold it. Originals may as well not have rakeback now, it's that shit.

NOTHING. I know this sucks dude, they obviously some shady bullshit here, but everyone know stake is constantly doing shady shit, shouldn’t be a surprise. You’re only course of action that will work is negative reinforcement for stake. They don’t think you will leave. The most undesirable outcome for stake, is their customers leaving them. When customers start to leave them, if they want to continue existing, their behavior will change.

Thats is the scam stake is running now same thing happening to me more i am playing my wager drop day by day when i dont play its rise automatically and my loss get bigger i dont know which system they using but its very strange
