@KitunaIt's the same for me. Due to bonus abuse I won't get a proper post monthly. Seems like they think that you abused bonuses too

Post/Pre-monthly bonuses are fixed amount for different VIP levels. Plats and above are getting a single bonus but below Plats are reloads.

Also this has nothing to do with your profit/loss or wager!

@ralfonsoGet a brain. I am a Gold VIP and should get 9 cent but I get 0 cents. In general it has nothing to do with wager but if you are inactive for months they won't give u a post monthly or they will lower it. I can post screenshots of my conversation where support said I got lower post monthly because of inactivity 

@ralfonsoI hope you can read. Pre and post monthly depend on your wager if it is extreme low
