mrholandia Posted July 29, 2022 #3 Posted July 29, 2022 I also got nothing my bday was on 13th of july and all of support both from emails and from live chat tried to lie to me about when i verified my account as an excuse not to give me the bonus but when i actually managed to get undisputable evidence of my account being verified for longer it was already some time later and they were like nah cant do it cause its been too long now even though it took so long because theyre either knew i was in the right and were trying to not give it to me even though i was 'entitled to it' in some sense because there were promisses of the gift and conditions i had to meet which i alll met or they are the dumbest or maybe laziest support team that i have ever came in contact with. really sad cause i love the rest of the casino and was planning to stop using all other casinos i was using up until this point which cummulatively are like 80% of the total casino usage for me
