withdrawal only mode.. but withdrawal not working

my account was placed into withdrawal only mode at platinum 6 level because of the fact i was in the USA.

 

now im trying to withdrawal my funds when in withdrawal only mode and entering the code and its popping up an error saying my accounts in withdrawal only mode? 

 

can someone make sense of this? or fix the problem? ive sent countless unresponded emails to support

It's strange casino practice that many encounter... Why didn't they "withdrawal only mode" you earlier (example: at silver) ... But at high level plat 6 huh ?

This raises many questions as if to stop further given bonuses etc
